Athletic Physicals

You can recieve a free physical from the health suit located on the second floor of Digital Harbor High School (next to t the gym). The health suite is open from 9 am to 3 pm, on the following Tuesdays: 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/18

Physicals are good for one callender year.

If you are going to your own doctor for a physical, the paperwork must state that you are cleared for physical activity and they must stamp the paperwork. Without this information we will be unable to accept your physical.

Fall Sports

All fall sports start August 15.

To tryout for a sport all athletes must have:

I.A current physical
II.A signed parent permission card
III.& no more then one failing grade*

*Grade eligibility does not apply to incoming freshman *

Anyone without one or more of the 3 will not be permitted to tryout.
